FUN FOR KIDS

Sign up your kids for variety of programs that encourage fun and learning. Check our program list page for all sorts of classes-from cooking, science, music and art to gym skills, sports, dance and swimming, and school-age musicals.

FUN DAYS

When school is out, the fun is in! We offer exciting field trips and in-house programs for days when elementary schools are closed.  Every month, there will be a new list sent home to inform you of the upcoming Fun Days.

Note: Pre-registration is required for all Fun Days, to best ensure quality staffing, programming, and transportation.  Fun Days are subject to cancellation if enrollment requirements are not met.

  • *Please send a dairy lunch, swimsuit, and towel every day.
  •  9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • $60/child; $55/sibling and Clubhouse members
  • 7:30 a.m.-9 a.m.: morning care, no charge
  • 3:30 p.m.-6 p.m.: $10 (no charge for Clubhouse members)
  • $10 discount if you register in advance!

KIDS’ NITE OUT!

Grades Pre-K-7

Are you ready for a night out on the town?  Enjoy yourselves while you child has fun with us!  Formerly known as “Sitters on Saturday,” our program now includes dinner, along with favorite activities: sports, arts & crafts, swimming, and a movie.  Meet us in Room 202 in the Kaufmann building once a month for all the fun!

Saturdays:

  • September 12
  • October 17
  • November 14
6-10 p.m.

$24/child; $18/sibling; $5/walk-in fee

TEEN PROGRAMS

Teens can work out, take Drivers-Ed and earn American Red Cross babysitting certification. Other teen options include acting in the Junior or Senior High School Musical, competing on the swim team or at the Maccabi Games. Check our program list page.

My Baby and Me

These special child-friendly rooms in both the Squirrel Hill and South Hills facilities are filled with toys and books. Parents with newborns up to age 3 make new friends as they enjoy playtime, story time, art activities, and more.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Let us take care of your child’s birthday party here at the JCC.  Our trained staff runs your party from start to finish, while you sit back and enjoy.  The base price includes: program planning, experienced staff, a kosher cake, paper goods, juice, set-up and clean-up, balloons, and decorations.
