Donate NowThe JCC began in a small room in 1895 on the third floor of a house on the Hill District's Miller Street. Today, the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh serves over 25,000 individuals as a multi-service agency in five locations. The JCC is a welcoming center for people of all backgrounds, religious faiths and abilities. Last year, the JCC provided almost $1.9 million in financial assistance and program funding to the elderly, at-risk teens, New Americans and individuals with special needs among others.
