Family Place Open Play Time
Family Place is a child-friendly play space, located on the second floor of the Irene Kaufmann Building, equipped with age-appropriate toys. It provides a space where you can meet friends, or just take a moment to sit down while your child explores books and toys and interacts with other children. Children must be attended by a caregiver.

My Baby & Me offers social and educational activities for parents or caregivers
and children together as well as events specifically for parents.
My Baby & Me is open to families with children under age four, offering a
variety of drop-in groups, classes and workshops.
Drop-in programs are held in Family Place unless otherwise noted.

Swim Time @ Family Park
Bring your little one and plenty of sunscreen to the Family Park in Monroeville to enjoy some sun and swimming. Miriam will be on hand each week with a fun summer craft, snacks and drinks. RSVP to Miriam no later than Tuesday of each week.

Each of Us Has A Name Collage Project
Join My Baby and Me and the American Jewish Museum for a collage-making activity inspired by Barbara Broff Goldman's illustration, Each of Us Has A Name, included in the exhibit To Speak Her Heart. Participants will make artwork inspired by the symbolism behind their child's name.

I Made It! Market: A Birthday Party
I Made It! Market is turning three and celebrating at the JCC. Grown-ups can enjoy shopping from 50+ local makers selling handmade wares. Kids can enjoy FREE hands-on projects: princess and pirate hat-making, cake decorating, collage-making and more.
