Family Place, for newborns to age 3 accompanied by an adult, is a child-friendly room well-equipped with age-appropriate toys located on the second floor of the Irene Kaufmann Building. It provides a space where you can meet friends and participate in informal classes and discussion groups while your child explores the toys and books and interacts with other children.

Playtime

Mondays, 9 am-6 pm

Storytime

Join us for some of your favorite stories and songs. Mondays 11 am

Paint Surprise

Join us on the first Wednesday of every month for a special painting activity. 10:30-11:30 am

Let's Talk Kids

Join us for discussions on child-related topics. Children are encouraged to play while parents participate in the discussion. Thursdays at 11:45 am.

Kabbalat Shabbat

Every Friday morning is special as we welcome Shabbat with blessings, challah, juice, songs and friendship. Fridays 10:30 am

Mommy, Daddy and Me

This is an informal discussion support group for parents with children up to 3 years old. Bring your lunch. Parents must pre-register with Amy Gold at ext. 302. Thursdays 11:30 am-12:30 pm

New books have been added to the Justin Mark Children's Library by a grant from the Justin Mark Children's Library Fund of the JCC.
