Fitness and Wellness at JCC-South Hills
The Fitness Program, housed in a seven-year-old light-filled building that recently was remodeled to double exercise space, is among the largest and most comprehensive programs in the South Hills.
Personal Training: The JCC offers Personal Training one-on-one and for groups, specialized sports conditioning and health assessments. Trainers are dedicated, skilled fitness experts who either have degrees in health and fitness or training certification.

Babysitting:
Shortstop Babysitting--For ages 12 weeks to 5 years old
- Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Monday through Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Friday , 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
$3.50/child/hour; $30/12 hours. Reservations: (412) 278-1975, ext. 210.
Parents must remain in the building when using Short Stop Services

Erin Modliszewski, R.D., LDN is a
licensed dietitian who provides one-on-one and group nutritional counseling
from birth to seniors on a variety of topics.
Initial session is scheduled by appointment.
$50/session - Individual
