Personal Training and Sports Conditioning
One on One Private workout

The Personal Training Team at the JCC is a group of dedicated fitness experts with various experience and expertise. All trainers are either professionally certified or hold advanced degrees in a health related field. It does not matter what your goal is, we can design a program to help you achieve it. All new members receive 4 thirty minute complimentary personal training sessions. Let our Personal Trainers welcome you to our facility; we will introduce you to all of our equipment and programs to point you in the right direction in order for you to meet your goals.

Nutrition Programs

Babysitting

Shortstop Babysitting - For ages six weeks to 5 years old.

Complimentary Babysitting - Monday through Thursday, 6-8 p.m. for group exercise participants only.

Rehab

  • Staywell group training program provides supervision and guidance on proper use of exercise equipment; physician's approval is required. Call Matt Proskin, (412) 521-8011, ext. 231, to register. Tuesdays 11 am-1 pm; Fridays, 1-3 pm.
  • The Healthy Heart - Phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation: With a physician's approval, exercise at the JCC. Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:30 am-12:30 pm; Fridays, 8:30 am-1:30 pm. Call Laurie Wood, (412) 521-8011, ext. 260.

Equipment Orientation

Get acquainted with cardiovascular, free weight, Nautilus and Trotter equipment, and learn basic exercises. Required for youths ages 13-15 to use weight room. Call Andrea Sanders, (412) 521-8011, ext. 152.
