ABSOLUTE ABS: forget those ordinary old sit-ups.
This 30 minute class will take your core workout to another level. Get
a core you adore!
CARDIO BLAST: Cross train with this high
energy,high intensity Cardio workout.
GROUP POWER: This is your hour of power! This
60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an
inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and
awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as
squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and
fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!
CARDIO MIX UP: Beginners and all levels are
welcome to this energy packed hour. A variety of high and low impact
cardio options will keep your feet moving and the sweat pouring. Mix up
your cardio with bursts of kickboxing, cardio dance and hi/lo. Be ready
to shake your groove thang!
PILATES FUNDAMENTALS: Learn to lengthen,
strengthen and tone one step at a time. This class will help you find
your neutral spine, explore the Pilates breathe and break down each
Pilates exercise one at a time. Registration is require for this 4-week
series. No drop-ins please!
PILATES: This total body conditioning class
consists of a series of controlled movements that engage the mind and
body in developing strong, flexible muscles without adding bulk. Focus
on building abdominal strength and flexibility, as well as improving
range of motion and postural balance. Beginners are recommended to
first attend our Pilates Fundamentals series.
YOGA:
Learn the essence of relaxation through
stretches, postures and improved breathing techniques. This is more
than just a class that improves strength and flexibility. It is a
process that you can take and do anywhere.
YOGA POWER: a challenging workout that fuses
functional strength and flexibility with benefits of added resistance.
With the safe use of hand-weights, one can enjoy enhanced muscular
toning, shaping benefits and an overall feeling of mind/body strength.

YOUTH YOGA: Children love to move around! Youth
Yoga teaches children the yoga postures in a fun and creative way. The
earlier they start yoga, the more centered they will be when they get
older. Yoga works well for hyper-active children, helps children anger
management, as well inactivity and obesity.
YOGALATES: The best of both worlds! Enjoy the
relaxation of yoga with the toning core exercises of Pilates.
STEP/AEROBICS:
High intensity Cardio workout that
involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform.
FOREVER FIT: An exhilarating,
energizing class
consisting of a low-impact aerobic segment, toning balance and
stretching exercises to strengthen your legs, upper body and shape your
waistline.
