Group Exercise: JCC - South Hills
Group Exercise: Every week, approximately 25 Group Exercise classes are offered including Butt Blaster, Cardio-Blast, Forever Fit, Line Dancing, Pilates, Senior Yoga, Step/Aerobics, Yoga, mother-daughter fitness, and Group Power, an efficient strengthening and toning program using light weights.
Goodman Shortstop Babysitting: For ages 12 weeks to 5 years old
- Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Thursdays 5:30-8:30 p.m.
