Health and Fitness at JCC-Squirrel HillExercise ClassesYou can view our latest group exercise schedule or call Patti Sciulli, Group Exercise Director (412) 521-8011, ext. 273The JCC's Fitness Program is among the largest and most comprehensive programs in Pittsburgh, with approximately 40 Group Exercise classes offered each week. Classes include Step, Yoga, Pilates Mat, Group Kick, Senior Aerobics and the latest addition to the schedule, Group Power, an efficient strengthening and toning program using using a variety of weights for appropriate muscles. Spinning, a workout on a specially designed bike that's appropriate for everyone from novices to elite athletes, also draws big crowds; reservations for a class can be made up to seven days ahead of time. Complimentary Babysitting - Monday through Thursday, 6-8 p.m. for group exercise participants only.
