Tiny Tot Sports:
Ages 3-5
This is a parent participation class. Different
sports are
taught throughout the
year. Your athlete
will learn the
fundamental skills and rules of each sport through fun games and
activities.

Sport Clinics:
Grades K-2
While learning each sport, focus is
on the specific skills,
drills and rules of the sports. These
are then applied to game situations.

Mini Squirts:
Ages 15-24 months
This class focuses on gross motor
skills and coordination
using different equipment such as; parachutes, bean bags, yarn balls
and more.

Little Squirts:
Age 2
Inside, outside, over and through! This class
will
focus on
gross motor skills
using a variety of equipment and fun activities.

Super Squirts:
Age 3
Pencil, log, frog, egg rolls and more! Beginning
tumbling skills,
gross motor skills
and coordination are introduced in this class.

Giant Squirts:
Ages 4-5
Backward rolls, cartwheels, tripods,
bridges and a lot more
are taught in this middle advanced tumbling class.

Tennis:
Ages 3-5 & Grades K-3
Beginning tennis skills are
introduced in this class. Students
will practice the forehand and
backhand strokes and volleying.

MLS Soccer
Ages 3-10
This class is taught by a certified
MLS (Major League
Soccer) coach. This
program allows the
player to optimize foot skills development and improve their ability to
control
the ball. The
advanced curriculum is
focused on the player and it is designed to enhance technical
abilities.

Little Dribblers
Age 3
Your athlete will learn the basics of
basketball, soccer and
hockey. Emphasis is
on gross motor
skills and coordination.

Little Hitters/Hockey/T-Ball
Age 3
Your athlete will learn the basics of
hockey, tennis and
baseball. Emphasis
is on gross motor
skills and coordination.

Sport Stars
Age 4-5
Different sports are taught
throughout the year. Your
athlete will learn the basic rules and
skills of each sport with a focus on teamwork and good sportsmanship.

Games Galore
Ages 3 ½-5
Cookie Monster?
Bug
Catchers? Messy
Backyard? These
games and many more will be taught in
this class. We will
focus on good
sportsmanship and fun.

Games Galore II
Grades K-3
In this next level of game playing,
children will learn
Capture the flag, basketball bowling and much more.
The focus will be on teamwork and good
sportsmanship.

Sports-a-Rama
Grades K-3
Is your child having trouble picking “just one” sport? This class teaches the skills and rules of many different sports. Emphasis is on good sportsmanship and fun..

Yoga for the Next Generation
Ages 5-10
Students learn sun salutations, breath work, Kundalini Yoga and ways to focus and calm the mind while learning how to honor feelings in a healthy manner.

Parent/Child Yoga
Ages 4 and up with parents
This is a parent participation class. Parents and children will benefit from Kundalini Yoga by stretching, breathing and doing Yoga sets that help build a strong body and mind.

Shotokan Karate
Grades K-5
A course in traditional karate emphasizing order and self-discipline. Class goal is to instill a sense of accomplishment and life skills.
Instructor is a 3rd degree black belt and is certified with the American Shotokan Karate Alliance.
