Lunch ProgramThe only kosher lunch site in the county. Reservations are required by 1 pm of the previous day and can be made by calling ext. 111.

SilverSneakers®This exercise program using hand-held weights, resistance bands and balls is free to seniors who use Highmark® Security Blue, Freedom Blue, or Medigap Blue as their insurance provider. Participants receive a general membership to the JCC which includes the walking track, pool, weight room, and general locker rooms. Advance registration required. CheckMatesDo you know an older adult who would appreciate a friendly, weekly phone call? Confidential calls are made weekly by volunteers. Refer a loved one or friend who may be in need of a friendly call. Reach out and be a friend to older adults by volunteering to make reassurance calls. Elder ExpressElder Express provides regularly scheduled van service to seniors ages 65+. A project of the United Jewish Federation Foundation and Ladies Hospital Aid Society. Register for Elder Express and buy ticket books at the JCC. Ride all day for $2. Now stops at Anathan Club and Carnegie Library.
