Laurie Wood, M.S. - Fitness Director, Carol BrennanNSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist; Ph.D. student in Exercise Physiology at the University of Pittsburgh with dissertation topic on the effects of resistance exercise on bone density in young females.Kerri Fabian, M.S.M.S. Exercise Physiology earned at the University of Pittsburgh; undergraduate Athletic Training and Psychology degree earned at California University of Pennsylvania; AFAA* certified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer.
Mark HaffnerAFAA* certified Personal Trainer; USPTR* Tennis Professional and a certified Massage Therapist. Mark specializes in geriatric training and the conditioning of student athletes of all ages. Clients include a state champion skier and high school tennis players. As a skating instructor, Mark also teaches hockey for both beginners and advanced players.Kevin HutchinsonPowerline Personal Trainer; B.S. in Exercise Science and Sports Management from Bowling Green State University. Kevin has extensive experience in fitness, exercise testing and exercise prescription. He is the owner of Peak Performance Health and Fitness Consulting.Tina KoskoAFAA* certified Personal Trainer, Group exercise instructor for JCC and Ymca Braddock - Spinning, Hi/Lo, SilverSneakers and Turbokick certified. Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. Currently undergoing schooling and planning to start the Physical Therapy program at Chatham University.Marsha Lee MullenMaster's degree in Exercise Physiology/Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh; Certified Athletic Trainer since 1990. Worked at UPMC Sports Medicine in prevention, maintenance, education and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Previously employed as Level II Cardiac Rehab Exercise Specialist at UPMC Shadyside and currently supervising the Healthy Heart Level III Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at the JCC. Nineteen years teaching group exercise classes. Certified Spinning Instructor and Group Power Instructor.Matt Proskin,M.S.Fitness Coordinator; M.S. in Exercise Physiology from California University; NASM.
