Personal Training

Hiring a JCC personal trainer is a great way to get in shape and stay in shape. You don't have to be rich and famous; personal training has become an option for people of all ages and lifestyles.

The benefits of regular exercise-health, fitness, a sense of well-being and self-confidence - are universally recognized. Staying motivated to work out is the hard part. Regular appointments with a personal trainer help eliminate any excuses you may come up with for not exercising.

The best motivation is the results we will show you after only few sessions. Your JCC trainer will monitor and update your fitness routine as you progress, ensuring that the exercises you perform are done safely and for maximum effectiveness.

The JCC has a Personal Training Contract System for its clients. Here's how it works:

  • You decide how often you wish to train
  • Your contact may be as short as 1 month or as long as 12 months
  • The longer the contact, the greater your savings
  • Your contract is flexible and accommodates unused sessions and make-up sessions
  • Your contract (if greater than 1 month) may be paid for in monthly installments
  • Unused coupons may be rolled over to your contract
