Exercise led by a teacher with others in a class is motivating and fun. The JCC's Group Exercise programs at both our Squirrel Hill and our South Hills facilities are among the largest and most comprehensive in the Pittsburgh area.

We offer a wide variety of group exercise classes tailored to appeal to adults of all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. Our facilities are top-notch and our instructors are certified through ACSM or ACE and are CPR-certified.

Build flexibility, strength and cardio fitness in classes including Step, Group Kick, Zumba, Group Power, Group Centergy, Bench, Senior Fitness, Spinning* and more!

For wellness through movement, we offer a wide variety of classes including several types of yoga, Pilates, Alexander* and Yoga-lates**, as well as dance classes for adults.
