Bring Your Baby to Yoga: This class is meant for moms & dads with infants that are not yet crawling. The class is focused on allowing parents to find their breath, relax, and stretch out all the kinks that come with caring for wee ones. For 45 minutes, carve out some inner space for yourself, and know that anything goes. This is a moderate workout, and an opportunity to create an even deeper connection with your baby, as well as the other growing families in the community.  Register each week in Family Place, or by contacting Lauren Bartholomae.

Fridays, 10 am, Room 310. Begins January 10

$10/class; JCC members only

Tot Yoga: Each week we will work our way through a new book, using yoga to tell the story with our bodies. Caregivers will join children as they learn The Sun Dance, try 5 to 8 poses per class, and learn about breath and anatomy using props. This is great way to introduce your toddler to yoga, enhance reading and language skills, and get them moving! This class is best for children who are strong, confident movers - 14 mos. to 3 years.

Kids will have fun laughing & making animal sounds, while caregivers can enjoy being silly with their children, as well as some much-needed stretching and release work.

Sundays, 11 am, Location: Room 310, January 12-February 14
$50/JCC members only
