Swedish Massage

The most common form of massage, used to promote general relaxation, improve circulation and ease everyday aches and pains

Sports Massage

A deep tissue massage using specific strokes to help athletes obtain maximum performance and physical conditioning by increasing power, endurance and mobility both before and after an event or exercise

Therapeutic Massage

A combination of massage techniques designed to help relieve chronic joint pain and benefit the skeletal/muscular system by improving circulation, increasing joint flexibility, promoting quicker healing of injured muscle tissue, and improving posture and body mechanics

Basic Table Massage

Traditional Men's Centerfit Platinum rubdown increases circulation and promotes relaxation

Couples Massage

Two massage therapists provide a couple, mother and daughter, or two siblings or friends with individualized massages while the clients relax in each other's company.
