Please welcome Helen Lacey, our new massage therapist. She specializes in therapeutic pain-relieving massage, implementing compression and soft tissue manipulation. Helen’s massages are a blend of Western and eastern modalities, either energizing or relaxing, based on the specific needs of each individual.

She is available beginning Wednesday, June 27.

Please schedule your appointment today.

  • Sundays, 9 am-2 pm
  • Wednesdays, 4-8 pm
  • Fridays, 2-6 pm

 

 All massages with Helen are discounted 20% through July 31.
