KettleBell Cardio
KettleBell Cardio provides a quick, high intensity workout that targets all your major muscle groups. The KettleBell circuit gets your heart pumping while it strengthens muscles.

TRX Suspension Training builds true functional strength and improves flexibility, balance and core stability all at once, as is required on both the playing fields of sports and in life. Exercising on the TRX uses gravity and movements to generate neuromuscular responses to changes in body position and mechanical advantage. TRX integrates strength and balance into a single dynamic format that taxes the nervous system at a high level and maximizes the benefits of bodyweight exercise for faster results.
