JCC’s Annual Youth and Family Wellness Fair

The annual Youth and Family Wellness Fair at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh, 5738 Forbes Avenue, Squirrel Hill, on Sunday, February 10, from 11am. to 3pm will be bigger than ever with more than 40 presenters, games, interactive activities and giveaways.

This year’s Fair has a focus of healthy living through sustainability and attendees are encouraged to bring old sneakers, shoes or reusable bags to donate. 

Free classes in the Kaufmann Dance Studio are scheduled as follows:

• 11 a.m. – Zumbatomics
• 11:45 a.m. – Family Yoga
• 12:30 p.m. – Karate
• 1:15 p.m. – Family Yoga
• 2 p.m. – Zumbatomics
• 2:30 p.m. – Karate Class

Other activities will include:

• Interactive Sports Wall
• Ultimate Frisbee
• Health Screenings & Postural Analysis
• Rowing
• Shuttle Run – Girls on the Run
• Fitness Stations
• Mobile Music Studio
• Drum Lesson Demos
• Interactive Educational Games about Health, Nutrition and Sustainable Living
• Hula Hooping
