Group Exercise changes for this weekend (May 17- 19)

  • Friday May 17- 8am Group Centergy will be held in the Personal Training Studio
    9:15am Yoga will be held in the Personal Training Studio
  • Saturday May 18- 2:15pm Power Yoga will be held in the Personal Training Studio
  • Sunday’s 9:30am Group Kick class will be HIIT (High –Intensity- Interval- Training) Kaufmann Dance Studio
