Join us for a mini-boot camp from December 3rd through the 19th, 6am to 6:45 am, on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Squirrel Hill.

For those of you who are new to the boot camp experience, you can expect a structured, high-intensity workout modeled after military-style training that includes cardiovascular strength, endurance and flexibility exercises. Designed for the exerciser who wants additional motivation and a huge calorie burn, this program will get your fitness program into high gear.
