Get your mommy glow with this gentle flow yoga practice.
Connie, our prenatal specialist, will help you maintain strength and flexibility throughout pregnancy. With pranayama or breathing practices for relaxation, you and your baby will benefit.
The prenatal practice also includes 20mins of yoga nidra, or guided meditation, that is so relaxing it’s known to be equivalent to 2 hours of sleep!
