How can you avoid stress?

Stress is a fact of life for most people. You may not be able to get rid of stress, but you can look for ways to lower it. Try some of these ideas:

  1. Learn better ways to manage your time by prioritizing lists. How to avoid stress
  2. Find better ways to cope. 
  3. Take good care of yourself. Get plenty of rest. Eat well. Don’t smoke. Limit alcohol. 
  4. Try out new ways of thinking. Learn to say “no”. 
  5. Speak up. 
  6. Ask for help. People who have a strong network of family and friends manage stress better.
  7. EXERCISE….EXERCISE….EXERCISE!
