Brandon Crooms, an athlete himself, specializes in working with young athletes. "I want to work with speed, agility, power, strength, coordination and balance, as well as injury prevention" says Brandon, who himself plays point guard for the Pittsburgh Bullets.
The North Carolina native who just graduated with an M.S. degree in Sports Medicine and Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh, considers developing one's athletic skills as empowering for youth. "It's not just about enhancing optimal performance," Brandon says. "It's all about teaching youth how to become leaders and develop inner strength, self discipline and self confidence, and create a positive encouraging environment for youth."
