The JCC is the Best Place for Basketball

For many of us, the JCC is basketball. Our reputation, facilities and staff have the JCC quickly becoming one of the Pittsburgh area's premiere basketball destinations and offers members year round basketball competition, recreation and education for players of all ages and levels of ability. Our gymnasiums–two in Squirrel Hill and one in the South Hills–are well-maintained full-court gyms which are open year round to accommodate everbody's busy schedules.

The JCC offers a wide variety of basketball programs and clinics. We take great pride in our staff, who instruct and mentor the players, and encourage them to work on their strengths as well as their weaknesses in a well-disciplined and competitive environment. It is extremely important to us that each and every one of our participants becomes a better basketball player after they have gone through our various programs.

Our Basketball program consists of instructional clinics, teams and leagues for children and youth from Tiny Tots to Little Champ Super Hoopers; nurturing future leaders at each step. Within this program, teenagers serve as volunteer mentors and paid instructors for the youngest age groups. There are also leagues for High School students to compete against teams from all across the area as well as opportunities for adults to get together and compete on the court.

Check out the program list below for our current offerings and check back often for updates as leagues and clinics are always forming here at the JCC–The Best Place for Basketball!
