We know you enjoy either our group exercise classes and/or the one-on-one commitment of working with one of our Personal Trainers. Now we'd like to offer you the best of both in this first opportunity to make Kettlebell Cardio and/or TRX Small Group Training part of your regular workout routine here at the JCC!  

Experience Kettlebell Cardio

  • Provides a quick workout -- 30 minutes or less -- that targets all your major muscle groups.
  • Lets you combine cardio and strength training. The kettlebell workout involves a circuit that gets your heart pumping while it strengthens muscles.
  • Simplifies your workout. Instead of having to use several machines or several weights to work all your muscle groups, you do it with one kettlebell.
